What the role entails:
  • On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
  • Maintenance and service repairs on products
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on our products

What you will bring with you:
  • A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background – preferred but not essential. If you have some mechanical aptitude, the client can build a development program for you

Account Manager, Port Hedland

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • End to end sales from business development and prospecting to closing sales and customer service
  • Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and analysis
  • Conducting regular site sales calls and building strategic relationships with a vast customer portfolio
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders

Customer Services Sales Coordinator, Port Hedland

Your Opportunity

Due to exciting business growth, the client have a newly created role for a Customer Service Sales Coordinator to support our Customer First philosophy. This role is critical within our broader Customer Service Excellence Team.

Whilst you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, this role will see you responding to sales queries, quoting customers, liaising with other locations and departments to source products and counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer. No day will ever be the same!

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Managing sales enquiries within our branch face to face, over the phone and via email
  • Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders during every interaction
  • Process customer orders, quoting, filing and manage the end-to-end customer interaction
  • Providing product-based information and cross-selling products where required


You will be well supported with a team of technical and sales experts.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Sales and customer service experience

Purchasing and Expediting Officer, Port Hedland.

Your Opportunity

The client are looking for dynamic Purchasing and Expediting Officer to join our team to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. This role can be conveniently based out of any of our Western Australia locations, and you’ll be working one day per week (Wednesdays).

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate urgent purchase orders for our customers to ensure that we meet customer expectations
  • Expediting and receipting of drop shipment purchase orders within set SLA
  • Engage with vendors to ensure best performance (ie. DIFOT and overdue PO) by having a proactive approach in fixing issues at the root cause and initiate the fix on a national level
  • Review and execute replenishment plans to meet projected forecast requirements and committed customer orders
  • Build, review and approve supplier purchase orders, considering freight optimisation opportunities
  • Review and approve transfer orders and inventory balancing opportunities between branches and DCs
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal customers to manage order tracking, expedition and cancellation
  • Address email purchase order update queries within agreed SLA
  • Communicate with vendors representing the client to ensure despatch dates are realistic
  • Review and assisting in resolving NLA and MOQ/MOV issues
  • Review overdue purchase orders and work towards reducing backlog


To be successful, you will have:

  • Collaborative skills in resolving understocked and overstocked inventory positions
  • Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics (e.g. Inventory turns)
  • Experience with DRP / MRP functionality and a background in forecasting, requirement determination and procurement advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel – including formula functionality
