This is a true HR position, suited to people that love interacting with candidates and clients in a HR environment. We are seeking people with the right attitude and energy to join a young vibrant team and company.
Your duties should you be successful will include:
- Advertising White Collar contract positions
- Head hunting
- Shortlisting
- Interviewing
- Submitting candidates
- Facilitating offer negotiation process
- Onboarding selected candidates
- Managing contract extensions
- Candidate care during contract period
- Performance management of contractors
