KNAC Code of Conduct

As previously advised, over the last 12 months the KNAC Board of Directors has reviewed the KNAC Code of Conduct to ensure it better reflects the current, clear and legal expectations and requirements of KNAC members, staff, volunteers and contractors; including all Directors, committee members and subsidiaries.

The Board have now approved this updated KNAC Code of Conduct and provide it in full for the information of all members and related parties. At their request, there will also be further discussion of the KNAC Code of Conduct at upcoming community workshops and KNAC meetings to ensure it is well understood. The document is also designed to maximise understanding and practicality- clearly outlining:

  • who it relates to,
  • what is expected and
  • what happens if it is breached.

Examples, a Meeting Guide and related forms have also been included.

This document will be available at our offices from the beginning of Nyiyaparli Week (27 November) and copies will also be provided at the November AGM and Common Law Holders Meeting.
