The Governance and Risk Board Committee (GARC) provides detailed advice and recommendations to the full Board of Directors on governance and risk matters including

• corporate structure and compliance reporting
• strategic and business plans
• work health and safety matters and
• management of the Chief Executive Officer role

This committee meets quarterly and more often as requested by the Board.
