The WA Government is sponsoring up to 10 Aboriginal Entrepreneurs from small to medium businesses based in WA to attend the event.

The course is for 2 hours 12pm – 2pm on 16th September and organised by the Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Pilbara Supplier Summit is being held in Newman on September 25th at Mia Mia from 11am to 5:30pm. The event is being held by the Newman Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as CORE Hub. Check out the link below for more information about the summit.
While registrations to have a desk for your business at the event have passed, you may use the webform on the page linked below to see if they allow late registrations.
Even without a desk at the event, you can still attend the event as this is a great chance to network with other local Newman businesses.

The WA government has an online directory of aboriginal businesses. Many organisations check this directory if they are looking for an indigenous business to work with.

Xero is a popular accounting and invoicing tool for businesses. If you are considering starting a business, you might want to increase your skills by doing some training. This workshop is supported by the Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This workshop will cover the basics of invoicing, quotes, billing and bank reconciliation.
