The Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (KNAC) Board of Directors are calling for Member Directors nominations.
At this year’s AGM in the last week of November there will be up to four (4) vacant Member Director position to be filled in accordance with Section 9 of the KNAC Rule Book. Please note you can view a copy of the KNAC Rule Book on our website or request a copy from our office.
In accordance with these requirements all KNAC Member Director applicants must:
Nominate in writing
Outline how you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Rule 9.2 (including being a member for 3 years or more)
Include a Resume outlining your relevant experience
Provide a description of up to 1 page explaining why you wish to be KNAC Member Director and why you think members should vote for you. This information will be promoted on our website and social media channels and provided to members in writing at the AGM meeting for their consideration
Note that you can nominate yourself or others
Submit your written application to be received at the KNAC Office in South Hedland or by email to ceo@karlka.com.au by 3pm WST on Tuesday 30 September.
