Over the next few month our Training and Employment Programs Coordinator Bobby Hicks will be reaching out to KNAC Members who are invited to complete the KNAC Member Training & Employment Survey and help shape future opportunities.
This survey is designed to establish a KNAC Employment and Training Needs Profile through identifying member employment aspirations, existing skills, work readiness, training requirements and barrier to participation.
This confidential information is for KNAC use only and is collated to support the development of stronger pathways into employment and to guide KNAC Training and Employment Programs with stakeholders.
We will provide lots of opportunities for members to chat over the next 3 months including phone calls, form mailed out with the newsletter (coming out soon!!) and face to face meetings in Hedland and Newman.
