The Finance and Audit Committee (FAC) provides detailed advice and recommendations to the full Board of Directors on financial matters, including

• KNAC finance reports
• budget development
• business and funding proposals and
• audit reports and recommendations.

This committee meets quarterly and more often as requested by the Board.
