Notice of proposed guidelines under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2021
The Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Council gives notice that the proposed guidelines that will support the operation of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2021 (ACH Act) have been released for public comment. The Council welcomes submissions on the proposed guidelines.
Submissions will close on Friday 6 January 2023.
Phase three of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 co-design process will commence in November 2022. Workshops will be held in 34 locations across the State.
