The Position:

Reporting to the General Manager of Karlka Commerce, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of this highly successful, and fast-growing national business as well as driving its continual, sustainable evolution. There is a strong focus on organisation culture, safety and employee engagement.

About You:

• Proven record at a management level in the fencing sector or similar;
• A proactive, ‘hands on’ and empowering leadership style, capable of building a cohesive, inclusive and high performing team environment;
• A commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence;
• Keen commercial acumen;
• Well developed customer and supplier engagement skills; and
• Strong operational management skills
