REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) – 6 MONTHS
Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (KNAC) is the Native Title representative group for the Nyiyaparli People with approximately 400 current members. The Nyiyaparli People are the Traditional Owners of approximately 36,684 square kilometres of land and waters in the east Pilbara region, the Aboriginal communities of Jigalong and Parnpajinya, several pastoral leases and significant mining operations. Locations within the Determination Area are places of particular significance to the Nyiyaparli people, including ceremonial sites, songlines, permanent pools and natural resources.
KNAC is now seeking to engage an independent contractor to undertake media and communication services on a consultancy basis.
The Scope of Work includes implementing the proposed KNAC Communication Strategy including the following:
- Production of high–quality branded communication materials for use internally, across social media channels and with external stakeholders.
- Ensuring consistency of messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Production of engaging, accurate and quality communications outputs for the Aboriginal community members and their stakeholders, including sourcing local interest content including stories and images.
- Developing all online communication channels and material including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
It is foreseen that this engagement will be varied but up to 35 hours per week. The Consultant will be required to be onsite within the KNAC Office located in South Hedland at least 50% of the contracted time and will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
