At the end of July, a group of Nyiyaparli Rangers and TO’s, along with KNAC staff attended the Pilbara Cultural Land Management Project’s (PCLMP) Water Forum in Karratha and Millstream National Park, on Ngarluma and Yindjibarndi Countries.
Ngaa Ngayunkurnu Kapukurri Cultural Compact

The Ngaa Ngayunkurnu Kapukurri Cultural Compact was formed in 2020, with Nyiyaparli traditional owners and Martu custodians coming together to form a mutual agreement to lead the community of Newman forward, on a pathway of mutual respect and understanding.
